How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple — browse the weekly menu, add your meals to cart, and check out before the Saturday 10pm cutoff.

When does the weekly menu close?

Orders close every Saturday at 10pm MST. No exceptions — this is when we lock in quantities and begin prep. If you miss the cutoff, you'll need to wait for the following week's menu.

Do I need a subscription?

No subscription required. Order when you want, skip when you don't. Each week is its own cycle — completely on your terms.

Question 4

Can I order for multiple weeks at once?

Each week's menu is its own ordering cycle. You'll need to place a new order each week. We recommend bookmarking the menu page so you never miss a drop.

Question 5

When and where is pickup?

Pickup is every Wednesday from 4–8pm at 668 Union Square, Sandy, Utah. We operate out of the 1% Fitness location — just head inside and look for Noble Eats. The address will also be in your order confirmation email.

Question 6

What if I can't make it during the pickup window?

We do our best to accommodate, but the Wednesday 4–8pm window is firm. If you have a conflict, reach out to us in advance and we'll see what we can do. We can't guarantee accommodations outside the window.

Question 7

Can someone else pick up my order?

Absolutely. Just let them know your name and order number and they're good to go.

Do you offer delivery?

Not at this time. We're a pickup-only operation, which is part of how we keep quality high and costs reasonable. We're based in Sandy, Utah and serve the surrounding area.

How many meals are on the weekly menu?

Each week features around 10 rotating menu items pulled from a deep catalog of hundreds of recipes. You'll rarely — if ever — see the same thing twice.

What are the macros on your meals?

Every Noble Eats meal is built to be high protein and macro-conscious. We don't treat macros as the product — the food is the product — but hitting your numbers is always part of the equation. Specific macros are listed on each week's menu.

Are your meals gluten-free or allergen-friendly?

Some meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, or otherwise allergen-friendly — but we're not a dedicated allergen-free facility. Each week's menu includes ingredient details. If you have a serious allergy, please review the ingredients carefully before ordering.

Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?

No. That's the whole point. Every meal is made from scratch with real, high-quality ingredients. No fillers, no artificial preservatives, no shortcuts. If it doesn't belong in a real kitchen, it doesn't belong in our meals.

Question 13

Are the meals fresh or frozen when I pick them up?

Your meals are handed over frozen — made from scratch that week and frozen at peak freshness before pickup. That's by design. Freezing locks in quality so they taste just as good on week six as they do on day one.

Question 14

How long do the meals last in the freezer?

Accepted Answer

Up to 3 months in the freezer with no quality loss. In the fridge, plan to eat them within 4–5 days of pickup.

Question 15

How do I reheat the meals?

Accepted Answer

Each meal comes with reheating instructions on the label. Most reheat best in the microwave (3–5 minutes from frozen) or in a skillet on the stovetop. We've tested every method so you don't have to.

Why do your meals taste better reheated than other meal preps?

Accepted Answer

Because we built them that way. Most meal prep companies make meals that are meant to be eaten fresh and then freeze them as an afterthought. We do the opposite — every recipe is developed and tested specifically for the freeze-reheat cycle. The sauces, the proteins, the textures — all engineered to survive the freezer and come out the other side tasting great.
